Cancellation Policy:
We require a 24 hour notice for cancellation and/or rescheduling of all appointments. Full payment for a scheduled session will be charged if you do not provide us with 24 hours notice.
If your therapist must reschedule your appointment, you will be given 24-hours notice whenever possible.
Waiting List:
If your desired appointment time is not available, please place yourself on the available waiting list. Should appointment time(s) you desire become available due to a cancellation, we will be happy to contact you and place you on schedule.
Same Time Every Week:
Because our schedule fills up very quickly, we encourage you to book your appointments in advance whenever possible.
