Classic Swedish Massage
Utilizes traditional strokes which are long and fluid with gentle pressure applied to muscles and joints. Perfect for stress relief and general relaxation.Sports Massage
Release techniques for the treatment and prevention of injuries with athletes and to relieve sore muscles.Deep Tissue Massage
Focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. It aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas, either following or going across the fiber's of the muscles, tendons and fascia.Medical Massage
